Max ASP is seeking a proactive and communicative Business Development Representative to join our team in supporting our client’s expansion in the North American market. This role is centered on following up with existing clients after quotes have been issued, with a strong focus on maintaining engagement, answering client questions, and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

What You'll Do:
Your primary responsibility will be to follow up on quotes issued to existing clients, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and a smooth path to closing the sale. You’ll build on existing relationships to identify additional needs, present complementary solutions, and help clients get the most from the offerings.
Key responsibilities include:- Proactively following up on quotes sent to current clients to move conversations forward and close deals.
- Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities during follow-up interactions and tailoring recommendations to client needs.
- Serving as a key point of contact for ongoing sales conversations, addressing any concerns or questions related to quotes or products.
- Maintaining accurate records of all follow-up activities, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Collaborating with internalsales and back-office teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Continuously deepening your understanding of client objectives to offer relevant and value-driven solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for sales conversations and relationship-building.
- Experience with B2B clients, especially in US/Canadian markets.
- Some background in sales, marketing, customer support, or another client-focused role.
- The ability to manage multiple conversations, stay organized, and work to targets.
- A self-motivated and disciplined approach to remote or hybrid work.
- An interest in sales strategy and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
