We are currently looking for dedicated support to join our growing team in the area of Data Research. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality data to fuel targeted sales campaigns across the North American market and beyond. Your work will support campaign success by providing accurate company information, decision-maker contacts, and relevant industry intelligence.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct desk-based research to identify relevant companies, contacts, and market insights
- Source, verify, and structure data using tools, databases, websites, and CRM systems
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales and Campaign teams to understand data requirements
- Help identify new tools and sources to improve research efficiency and depth
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all collected data to support campaign success
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- A completed degree or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in research, data entry, CRM, or administrative roles is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, a structured working style, and a good eye for detail
- Interest in B2B business development, market intelligence, and digital tools
- Willingness to learn, agility, and a high level of self-initiative

Working Conditions:
- 3 days working in the office, 2 days home-office
- 40-hour-week, Monday to Friday
- Reporting to the Data Research Manager in Germany
