Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Inside Sales team, consisting of 13 members covering countries in Europe, Asia, North and South America. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving demand and sales within the Indonesian market for our client's services and "after-sales-market" product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outbound calling and manage inbound calls to communicate with existing customers in the Indonesian market on behalf of our client.
- Act as a critical account management interface between our client, Regional Services Managers, and key customer decision-makers.
- Engage with Production Directors, Plant Managers, Managing Directors, and other key decision-makers, taking full responsibility for account management.
- Achieve sales targets by finding, developing, and winning orders for our client's services and products.
- Work closely with Regional Services Managers based in Indonesia to manage customer territories and drive sales activity collaboratively.
- Utilize a CRM system to efficiently manage work, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Reporting Structure:
- You will report to the Client Project Manager and your primary working place will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- The role is based on a 40 hours’ week from Mondays to Fridays
- We have remote working policies for 3 days in a week and 2 days work from office

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken
- Very good communication skills in English, written and spoken
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Some experience or transferable skill from a previous role related to a sales, marketing or sales support role
- Experience of working to time-based targets
- Experience of agile learning (what have you done that shows you can be successful in learning and becoming a sales professional)
